Run your team

    Bring your team in, safely.

The moment more than one person touches your inventory, "who changed this?" becomes a real question. Unilytic gives every workspace explicit roles and logs every consequential action — uploads, shipments, role changes, credential changes — with the actor, the timestamp, and the detail. Delegate without losing the thread.

    Workspaces & roles

    Roles drawn where they matter.

Organise work into separate workspaces — one per brand, client, or entity — and invite teammates by email. The three core roles map to real responsibility: Owners control billing and can wipe the workspace; Admins run the day-to-day, manage members, and change credentials; Members do the operational work without touching the dangerous switches. Switch between every workspace you belong to from the header, so an agency or multi-brand seller runs them all from one login without crossing wires.

    • Owner, Admin, Member — clear lines around the consequential actions.
    • Multiple workspaces per account, switchable from the header.
    • Invite by email — no shared logins, no password passed around.

    The full record

Know exactly what changed, and who.

Every upload, shipment edit, role change, invitation, credential change, and billing event is recorded across 30+ tracked action types — each with the actor, an exact timestamp, and the detail. When a quantity looks wrong or a key gets changed, you don't reconstruct the story from memory; you filter the log, find the line, and export it. It's the difference between trusting your team and verifying the work.

    • 30+ action types logged with actor, timestamp, and detail.
    • Sensitive events stand out — credential and ownership changes are tagged.
    • Filter and export the history whenever you need it.

Delegation you don't have to worry about.

Bringing people in shouldn't mean handing over the keys. Unilytic keeps the risky actions gated and the record complete.

    One login, every workspace

Belong to several organisations and switch between them from the header — ideal for agencies and multi-brand sellers who'd otherwise juggle logins and risk acting in the wrong account.

    Export for the auditor

Filter the log by actor, date, or action type and export it to Excel — a clean record for a quarter-end review, a dispute, or anyone who needs to see exactly what happened.

    Questions

    Team & audit, answered.

How do I add my team to Unilytic with the right permissions?01

Invite teammates by email and assign a role. The three core roles are Owner, Admin, and Member: Owners handle billing and can delete the workspace, Admins manage members and credentials, and Members do operational work without the sensitive switches — so you delegate the work without handing over control. Restricted warehouse-only roles are also available for floor staff.

Can I see who changed inventory or shipments?02

Yes. The audit log records every consequential action across 30+ tracked types — uploads, shipment edits, role changes, invitations, credential changes, billing events — each with the actor, an exact timestamp, and detail. Filter by person, date, or action type and export the result.

Can I manage more than one brand or client from one account?03

Each account can belong to multiple workspaces, switchable from the header. Agencies and multi-brand sellers keep every brand's data separate while working from a single login, with roles set independently per workspace.

Are Amazon credentials safe if I add team members?04

SP-API credentials are encrypted at rest and never displayed in plain text or written to logs. Only Owners and Admins can change them, and every change is recorded in the audit log.
