The complete toolkit

Every tool an FBA seller needs, in one place.

25 features covering Amazon sync, replenishment, shipment priority, analytics, reimbursements, warehouse returns, team workflow and alerts — each one explained below, with the screen it lives on.

    Connect & sync

Connect once, then stop pulling reports.

Authorise Amazon through Login with Amazon and the data arrives on its own every morning — or keep uploading the ledger by hand if you would rather. Both work.

    02

A nightly sync you never remember

Up to nine data sets — ledger, inbound shipments, catalog, returns, reimbursements, listing and order prices, refunds, SAFE-T claims — each fetched and tracked separately. Your organisation gets its own slot between 06:00 and 07:30 IST, with retries and an email if it ever stalls. Connecting and manual syncs are on every plan; the nightly schedule runs on Pro and Business.

    Amazon inbound sync & tracking

Your real FBA shipments, always current. Inbound shipments come straight from Seller Central — sent versus received quantities per SKU, pending versus complete status, refreshed on demand.

    Plan replenishment

From ledger to send list, on autopilot.

Set the rules to your own playbook and Unilytic decides what ships today — per SKU, per warehouse, with the arithmetic written out and every quantity overridable.

    A formula you control

Tune it to how you actually sell: days of stock to send, low and excess thresholds, round-up multiple and a minimum for out-of-stock SKUs — with per-category and per-sub-category overrides when one global rule is too blunt.

    Shipment planning & import

Turn recommendations into shipments in two clicks. Create shipments by warehouse with quantities pre-filled, edit or delete them, or bulk-import from an Excel template with warehouses auto-detected.

A list has no order. This one does.

When a dozen SKUs are low across four fulfilment centres, you can only build one shipment. Ship Now ranks your warehouse groups by what waiting actually costs.

    Grouped, with one destination

Bundle the FCs you treat as a single destination into a region. Each group names every warehouse inside it and rings the one to actually ship to, with an adjustable lead time and category filters.

    Transfers and blockers, separated

SKUs already covered by excess in another region are tagged to move rather than buy. SKUs you cannot replenish at all, because your own stock is out, move to a blocked list instead of adding noise.

The payment that arrived may be short

Unilytic computes what each line should have paid — price, less Amazon's fees, less tax — and compares it with what landed. Genuine shortfalls are flagged; break-even and loss-making lines are deliberately excluded, because there is no real shortfall there.
