Do I need SP-API or can I just use CSV?

CSV is fully supported - no Amazon connection required. Export your Inventory Ledger from Seller Central and upload it directly. SP-API is optional and adds automatic syncing so you do not have to export manually every time.

What data does Unilytic access from Amazon?

Accepted Answer

We access your Inventory Ledger (the same report you download from Seller Central) and your inbound shipments data. We never access orders, customer data, listings, or pricing. The SP-API scope is strictly read-only.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

You can continue on the Free plan with base limits, or upgrade to Pro or Business for higher SKU counts, more members, longer audit history, and priority support. No card is charged automatically - you choose what happens.

How long does initial setup take?

Under 15 minutes for most sellers. Upload your Inventory Ledger CSV, set your warehouse names, and your dashboard is ready. Connecting SP-API takes about 5 additional minutes.

Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?

Unilytic currently supports the India marketplace (amazon.in). Support for more marketplaces is planned - contact us if you need a specific one and we will prioritise based on demand.

Can multiple team members use the same account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite teammates by email with Owner, Admin, or Member roles. Every action they take is logged in the audit trail so you always know who changed what.

Can I cancel and export my data?

You can cancel at any time - no lock-in, no penalty. Email us and we will send a CSV of all your inventory rows and shipments before your account closes.

Question 8

Is my inventory data shared with anyone?

Accepted Answer
