Do I need SP-API or can I just use CSV?
CSV is fully supported - no Amazon connection required. Export your Inventory Ledger from Seller Central and upload it directly. SP-API is optional and adds automatic syncing so you do not have to export manually every time.
What data does Unilytic access from Amazon?
We access your Inventory Ledger (the same report you download from Seller Central) and your inbound shipments data. We never access orders, customer data, listings, or pricing. The SP-API scope is strictly read-only.
Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?
Unilytic currently supports the India marketplace (amazon.in). Support for more marketplaces is planned — contact us if you need a specific one and we'll prioritise based on demand.
Can multiple team members use the same account?
Yes. Invite teammates by email with Owner, Admin, or Member roles — each person gets exactly the access their job needs, and nothing more.
