Most "best inventory tool" lists are written for American sellers, and half the tools on them cannot connect to amazon.in at all. This is a shorter, more useful list: six tools an Indian FBA seller might actually evaluate, what each one is genuinely best at, and where it falls down. We build one of them — it is placed by fit, not first.
| Tool | Best for | amazon.in | Pricing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unilytic | Amazon India FBA replenishment + reimbursement recovery | Built only for amazon.in | Free 30-day trial, then ₹2,499–₹4,999/mo |
| Zoho Inventory | Multichannel inventory tied into accounting | Yes, with GST and Zoho Books integration | Free tier (50 orders/mo); ₹999–₹7,499/mo by order volume, billed annually |
| Unicommerce | Multichannel OMS and WMS at scale | Yes — one of India's largest platforms | Quote-based — not published |
| EasyEcom | Multichannel operations with strong reconciliation | Yes, with Tally and ERP integrations | Quote-based — not published |
| RestockPro (eComEngine) | FBA restocking and purchase orders | Not among its 10 marketplaces | $49/mo (1,000 FBA orders) to $249/mo (35,000+) |
| SoStocked | Custom FBA forecasting for larger catalogues | amazon.in support not documented | Not published — billed in USD |
Competitor pricing and capabilities reflect each vendor's publicly published information as of July 2026 and are summarised in good faith. Products change — verify current details with the vendor. Unilytic is not affiliated with any other tool listed here.
Comparing plan names is useless here, because these tools bill on different things. Zoho and RestockPro charge by monthly order volume. Unicommerce and EasyEcom quote per customer. Unilytic charges by catalogue size and never by order count. So this table fixes the seller, not the plan.
| Your business | Zoho Inventory | Unicommerce | EasyEcom | RestockPro | Unilytic |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Just starting~500 orders/mo · under 50 SKUs · 1–2 people | ₹999 | Quote-based | Quote-based | No amazon.in | ₹0 — Free plan |
| Growing~3,000 orders/mo · 100–500 SKUs · 3–5 people | ₹2,299 | Quote-based | Quote-based | No amazon.in | ₹2,499 |
| Established~7,500 orders/mo · 500–1,500 SKUs | ₹4,999 | Quote-based | Quote-based | No amazon.in | ₹2,499 |
| High volume~15,000 orders/mo · up to 1,500 SKUs | ₹7,499 | Quote-based | Quote-based | No amazon.in | ₹2,499 |
| Big catalogue, modest volume~1,000 orders/mo · 5,000+ SKUs | ₹2,299 | Quote-based | Quote-based | No amazon.in | ₹4,999 |
| Large30,000+ orders/mo · up to 10,000 SKUs | Above published tiers | Quote-based | Quote-based | No amazon.in | ₹4,999 |
Only two of these six publish a price at all, so only two columns carry numbers — inventing figures for the rest would tell you nothing true. Of the rows that can be compared, two go to Zoho Inventory: below roughly 3,000 orders a month it is cheaper, and on a large catalogue with modest order volume it is much cheaper, because Unilytic's price follows SKU count and that case works against us. The pattern that does hold is the pricing axis — Zoho's published tiers climb with order volume to ₹7,499, while Unilytic stays at ₹2,499 until you pass 1,500 SKUs. RestockPro cannot be bought on amazon.in at any size.
Figures are each vendor's own published list price as of July 2026, excluding taxes and any onboarding or implementation fees. Where a vendor does not publish a price for a given volume, the cell says so rather than estimating one. Unilytic caps on catalogue size (SKUs, inventory rows, members) rather than order volume — see full plan limits. Zoho's figures are its published annual-billing rate, exclusive of GST; monthly billing costs more. Unicommerce and EasyEcom do not publish prices and we make no estimate of them. Unilytic's Free plan is capped at 50 SKUs and 25,000 inventory rows.
Amazon India FBA replenishment + reimbursement recovery
Narrow by design. Turns the Amazon Inventory Ledger into a daily per-SKU, per-fulfilment-centre send list, and flags lost, damaged and under-reimbursed units with GST-aware values. No multichannel support, no invoicing, no full WMS — if you need those, something else on this list fits better.
Multichannel inventory tied into accounting
The most common answer to 'inventory software for Indian sellers', and a fair one. Broad channel coverage, strong invoicing and accounting, low entry price. It is not an FBA replenishment planner — no Inventory Ledger analysis and no per-fulfilment-centre send quantities — so Amazon-first sellers often still do that part in a spreadsheet.
Multichannel OMS and WMS at scale
The operational backbone for sellers running Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and D2C together, with real warehouse management behind it. Heavier to adopt (sales-led onboarding) and not focused on FBA replenishment maths or reimbursement recovery. Right answer if orders and warehouses are your bottleneck.
Multichannel operations with strong reconciliation
Similar territory to Unicommerce, with particular strength in payment reconciliation, accounting integration and warehouse depth (batch, expiry, B2B). Like the others in this category, FBA-specific replenishment forecasting is not its focus.
FBA restocking and purchase orders
A genuinely strong FBA restocking tool with mature forecasting, supplier and PO workflows, and SKU profitability. The blocker for readers of this page: its published marketplace list covers the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe and Australia — not amazon.in.
Custom FBA forecasting for larger catalogues
Highly configurable FBA inventory forecasting, acquired by Carbon6 in 2022 and still developed under that group. It does not document amazon.in support and does not publish pricing, so an Indian seller should confirm both directly before spending time on it — we could not verify either way.
It depends on which problem is actually costing you money. If you sell across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and D2C, a multichannel platform like Unicommerce or EasyEcom is the right shape, and Zoho Inventory is the cheapest way in if accounting integration matters. If Amazon FBA is your main channel and the hard part is deciding what to ship to which fulfilment centre — and recovering money on lost or damaged units — a focused tool like Unilytic fits better. Most of the well-known FBA-specific tools, including RestockPro and SoStocked, do not support amazon.in.
Amazon India differs in fee structure, fulfilment-centre network, tax treatment (GST, plus the 0.1% TDS Amazon withholds) and reimbursement rules. Supporting it properly means more than switching a marketplace ID, so most US-built FBA tools have prioritised larger Western marketplaces instead. That is the gap Unilytic was built for.
Many growing sellers end up with both, and that is a reasonable outcome rather than a failure. The multichannel platform runs orders and warehouses across marketplaces; the FBA tool decides replenishment and chases reimbursements on Amazon. They answer different questions, and reading the same Amazon data twice does no harm.
Four practical checks: does it support amazon.in at all; does it read your Inventory Ledger rather than just current stock levels; does it give you an explicit send quantity per SKU per fulfilment centre instead of a generic reorder alert; and does it help you recover reimbursements for lost or damaged units. Also confirm it bills in INR, since USD subscriptions add card friction and FX cost.
Zoho Inventory has a free tier capped at 50 orders a month. Unilytic offers a 30-day free trial with no card required, and afterwards a Free plan capped at 50 SKUs and 25,000 inventory rows — enough to evaluate it properly, not enough to run a growing catalogue on. Unicommerce and EasyEcom are quote-based with no published free tier.
Upload one Inventory Ledger CSV and judge the output yourself. No card required.
