Zoho Inventory is a broad, well-built multichannel inventory and order suite that plugs into the wider Zoho ecosystem. Unilytic is narrower on purpose: it reads your Amazon Inventory Ledger and answers one question every morning — what do I ship to which fulfilment centre today, and what is Amazon under-reimbursing me? Here is where each one is genuinely stronger.
| Capability | Zoho Inventory | Unilytic |
|---|---|---|
| Core purpose | Multichannel inventory, orders and invoicing across many sales channels | FBA replenishment planning and reimbursement recovery for Amazon India |
| Amazon Inventory Ledger analysis | Not a documented feature | The core input — full history rebuilt from the CSV or SP-API |
| Per-SKU, per-warehouse send quantities | Stock levels and reorder points, not FBA send lists | Daily send list with tunable days-of-cover, round-up multiple, min OOS qty |
| FBA reimbursement / claim recovery | Not a documented feature | Flags lost and damaged-in-custody units with GST-aware value estimates |
| Warehouse returns scanning | General warehouse and bin management | Barcode scan flows for customer returns (AWB) and removal orders (LPN) |
| Multichannel (Flipkart, Meesho, D2C, eBay) | Broad channel coverage plus a large integration catalogue | Amazon India only today |
| Invoicing, GST filing and accounting | Strong — integrates directly with Zoho Books | Not an accounting tool; exports to Excel for your finance team |
| Pricing (published, July 2026) | Free tier (50 orders/mo); paid ₹999–₹7,499/mo by order volume, billed annually, ex-GST | 30-day free trial; Pro ₹2,499/mo, Business ₹4,999/mo, by catalogue size |
Bottom line: Zoho Inventory is the broader suite and the better fit for multichannel selling and accounting. But it does not read your Amazon Inventory Ledger, does not produce per-fulfilment-centre send quantities, and does not recover reimbursements — the three things that decide an Amazon FBA seller's month. If amazon.in is your main channel, those three gaps usually outweigh the extra breadth.
Competitor details reflect each vendor's publicly published pricing and feature pages as of July 2026, and are summarised in good faith. Products change — please verify current capabilities with the vendor before deciding. Unilytic is not affiliated with Zoho Inventory.
Plan names are not comparable across these tools — they bill on different things. So here is the monthly cost at realistic seller profiles instead.
| Your business | Zoho Inventory | Unilytic |
|---|---|---|
| Just starting~500 orders/mo · under 50 SKUs · 1–2 people | ₹999 | ₹0 — Free plan (50 SKUs, 25,000 rows) |
| Growing~3,000 orders/mo · 100–500 SKUs · 3–5 people | ₹2,299 | ₹2,499 |
| Established~7,500 orders/mo · 500–1,500 SKUs | ₹4,999 | ₹2,499 |
| High volume~15,000 orders/mo · up to 1,500 SKUs | ₹7,499 | ₹2,499 |
| Big catalogue, modest volume~1,000 orders/mo · 5,000+ SKUs | ₹2,299 | ₹4,999 — Business, for the SKU count |
| Large30,000+ orders/mo · up to 10,000 SKUs | Above published tiers — contact Zoho | ₹4,999 |
Two of those rows go to Zoho, and they are the ones worth reading closely: below roughly 3,000 orders a month it is cheaper, and if you carry a large catalogue on modest order volume it is much cheaper — our price follows SKU count, so that case genuinely works against us. What changes as you grow is the pricing axis, not the quality: Zoho's price rises with every order while ours does not move until you pass 1,500 SKUs, so at 7,500 and 15,000 orders a month the same ₹2,499 covers you. Above 15,000 orders Zoho publishes no tier at all, so we make no claim there.
Figures are each vendor's own published list price as of July 2026, excluding taxes and any onboarding or implementation fees. Where a vendor does not publish a price for a given volume, the cell says so rather than estimating one. Unilytic caps on catalogue size (SKUs, inventory rows, members) rather than order volume — see full plan limits. Zoho's published prices are its annual-billing rate and exclude GST; paying monthly costs more. Unilytic's Free plan is capped at 50 SKUs and 25,000 inventory rows — past either, the Pro plan applies.
Below about 3,000 orders a month Zoho Inventory is cheaper — its entry tier is ₹999 against our ₹2,499 Pro. The same holds if you carry a large catalogue on low order volume, because our pricing follows SKU count rather than orders. From around 7,500 orders a month the position reverses: Zoho's published tiers move to ₹4,999 and then ₹7,499, while Unilytic stays at ₹2,499 until you pass 1,500 SKUs. Two caveats worth knowing: Zoho's published figures are its annual-billing rate and exclude GST, so paying monthly costs more; and above 15,000 orders a month Zoho publishes no price, so neither we nor anyone else can tell you what it costs there.
Usually not a like-for-like replacement. Zoho Inventory is a multichannel inventory and order suite with invoicing and accounting attached; Unilytic is a focused Amazon India FBA replenishment and reimbursement tool. Sellers who are Amazon-first often find Unilytic covers the decisions they actually make daily. Sellers running several marketplaces and needing invoicing usually keep a broader suite, and some run both.
Not in the sense Unilytic means it. Zoho tracks stock levels and can raise reorder alerts, but its published feature set does not include Amazon Inventory Ledger analysis or per-SKU, per-fulfilment-centre send quantities based on sell-through. That specific calculation is what Unilytic exists to do.
Yes, and some sellers do. Zoho handles multichannel stock, invoicing and books; Unilytic handles the Amazon FBA replenishment decision and reimbursement recovery. They read the same underlying reality but answer different questions, and neither writes to the other.
Not today. Unilytic currently supports amazon.in only. That is a deliberate trade-off — the fee logic, fulfilment-centre network and reimbursement rules are India-specific, and depth there is the point. If you need multichannel coverage now, a broader suite is the better fit.
