FAQ

Questions sellers ask before signing up.

Does Unilytic file reimbursement claims for me?

No. Unilytic finds the units Amazon owes you for, values each one at your net proceeds (sale price less Amazon fees and the 0.1% TDS) and hands you the order IDs and case IDs - you file the case in Seller Central. Nothing is submitted to Amazon on your behalf, and every view exports to Excel.

Do I need SP-API or can I just use CSV?

CSV is fully supported - no Amazon connection required. Export your Inventory Ledger from Seller Central and upload it directly. SP-API is optional and adds automatic syncing so you do not have to export manually every time.

What data does Unilytic access from Amazon?

Your own seller data: the Inventory Ledger, inbound shipments, your catalogue, returns, reimbursements, listing and order prices, refunds and SAFE-T claims - the prices are what let us value a reimbursement claim. We never request Amazon shopper or end-customer personal data, and the SP-API scope is strictly read-only, so Unilytic can never edit a listing, a price or an order.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

The trial is a one-time evaluation window, not a perpetual free plan - continuing after it needs Pro or Business. No card is taken for the trial and nothing is charged automatically, so you are billed only when you choose a plan. Your data is kept either way and is there again the moment you subscribe.

How long does initial setup take?

About 15 minutes if you start from a CSV: upload your Inventory Ledger, set your warehouse names, and your dashboard is ready. Connecting SP-API takes roughly 5 minutes more.

Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?

Unilytic currently supports the India marketplace (amazon.in). Support for more marketplaces is planned. Contact us if you need a specific one and we'll prioritise based on demand.

Can multiple team members use the same account?

Yes. Invite teammates by email and pick from six roles - owner, admin, member, a read-only viewer, and two warehouse-only roles that can open only the warehouse pages. Every role is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

Is my inventory data shared with anyone?

Never. Your data is used only to power your dashboards and is never sold, aggregated for third parties, or shared with other sellers. Email akshat@unilytic.in with any data questions.
